Delivery & Returns
Your order will normally leave our warehouse on the working day after you place it. For example, if you place your order on Friday night, we will dispatch your parcel from our warehouse on the following Monday.
Your order will be delivered to your home address and requires a signature, so if for any reason there is no one home to receive it, the courier will leave a card with specific information about your delivery, which will be redirected to a local post office.
The cut-off time is only a guide, and doesn’t take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or custom procedures in case of international orders, so please remember to order as early as you can.
If you have any problem placing your order, you don’t receive an Order Confirmation email or your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our office opening hours are as following: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 14:00 and 16:00 – 19:00 (CET/CEST). We’ll try get back to you as soon as possible.
We deliver our products worldwide, the usual transit time is between 3 and 8 days.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item you have bought, please email us at email@example.com 14 days after you receipt the ordered items. If you want to exchange for a different colour or product please let us know and we will inform you about our available stock.
If the exchange is for greater value, you will need to pay the difference. We’ll send the new item when we receive the exchange item at our warehouse and after checking it’s in the same condition it was in upon your receipt.
If the exchange is due to faulty or wrongly shipped items, the shipping expense of the return will be covered by us. Otherwise, these expenses will be payed by the customer.
If you wish to return your order, please provide us with notice in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after you receipt the ordered items.
You can choose to ship your items back using either of the below methods:
_ Ask us to arrange a parcel collection for you. The cost of this parcel collection will be deducted from your refund. This means that your refund will include Bordar & Co standard delivery costs and exclude the cost of the return of the items to Deux Souliers.
_ Ship your items back on your own: You’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. Please be certain to use a trackable method, we won’t be able to process a refund if the item doesn’t arrive to our warehouse. Items should be sent to the following address:

Please take note that in both options, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
We’ll give you a refund within 30 days.
All we ask is that items are returned clean and unworn so that we can sell them again. Please remember that the products should always be returned in the same box they were delivered, preferably the original packaging.
Faulty goods can of course be returned or exchange regardless, so please email us at email@example.com if you have received one.
